From Down Town go north on Interstate 45
As soon as you cross Interstate 10, take the first exit: N.Main/Houston Ave.
Make a U-turn over the freeway. The U-turn will position you on Houston Ave. facing south.
Go 2 blocks south on Houston Ave.. Look for a 3 story GREEN structure on your right (the freeway will be on your left.)
You will see the Marjo Productions sign in front.
